Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders to UK addresses.

Dispatch
We pack and dispatch orders ourselves within 2 business days of your order (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll get an email when your order is on its way.

Problems with your delivery
If your order hasn't arrived or arrives damaged, email support@kapek.net with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Returns
You can return your calculator within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund policy for details. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage.
