Returns and refunds

30-day returns

If you're not happy with your KAPEK calculator, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. That's longer than the 14 days UK law gives you to change your mind about an online order.

How to return

Email support@kapek.net with your order number and we'll send you instructions. Please return the calculator unused, in its original packaging, with any accessories.

Faulty or damaged items

If your calculator arrives faulty or damaged, or develops a fault, contact us. We'll replace or refund it and cover the return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you and refund your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Gifts

Gift returns are refunded to the original buyer, or we can swap the item for another colour if it's in stock.

Exchanges

Want a different colour? Email us and we'll help, or return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
